  • Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, contracts, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effective and value-driven procurement outcomes.
  • Prepare, verify, and issue accurate purchase orders while ensuring adherence to internal standards and timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier records, procurement documentation, and internal databases with high attention to detail.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality concerns, and pricing discrepancies by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to understand procurement needs and support smooth business operations.
