Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost savings.
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries to meet operational needs.
- Maintain updated records of purchased items, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, shortages, or delivery delays.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
