Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost savings.
  • Process purchase orders and track deliveries to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased items, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements.
  • Resolve supplier issues related to quality, shortages, or delivery delays.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).


Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
