Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis, with an expanding organisation based in Stirling, to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a small friendly team. This role is an office based post, the hours are 9-5pm with an hour for lunch.

Responsibilities:
  • Purchase order generating
  • Matching invoices
  • Processing invoices
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Weekly Payment Runs
  • Processing payments
  • Supplier Statement reconciliations
  • Month end tasks
  • General administration duties
  • Skills required:
  • Purchase Ledger experience is essential
  • Sage experience would be preferred
  • Highly proficient Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
