Job Description
At Revlon , a leading multinational cosmetics company, we are seeking a Finished Goods (FG) Supply Manager to oversee the end-to-end finished-goods supply chain.
This role is responsible for managing inventory, production schedules, and logistics to ensure customer demand is met while optimizing costs and service levels.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities, thereby contributing to a resilient and efficient supply chain.
Supply Chain Management & Inventory Control
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory , maintaining optimal safety stock
Manage production schedules and coordinate with manufacturing and co-packing partners to ensure timely product availability
Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions
Lead and develop the Finished Goods Supply Planning team , fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to align supply strategies with market needs
Actively participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, providing insights and recommendations
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze key KPIs, including service levels, inventory turns, and supply plan adherence
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance and risks
Utilize ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, OMP) to manage supply chain operations
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across supply chain systems
Supervision
~ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
~8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in finished goods planning or operations
~ Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and production planning
~ Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skills
~ Proficient in Spanish and English .
