Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage global sourcing, international vendor relationships, import procurement, cost optimization, and timely availability of materials/products. The role requires strong negotiation skills and expertise in import procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage overseas suppliers and vendors

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules

  • Plan and execute import procurement based on demand forecasts

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners

  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and documentation

  • Monitor lead times, shipment schedules, and stock availability

  • Control procurement costs and improve margins

  • Handle LC, TT, and other international payment methods

  • Maintain purchase MIS, supplier performance reports

  • Work closely with finance, stores, and sales teams
