KRA 1: Project Procurement Planning & Coordination

Manage all project-related procurement activities in close coordination with Project Management and Engineering teams.

Prepare and maintain the Project Procurement Plan, aligned with project schedules and milestones.

Ensure timely processing of material and service requirements as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Participate in project and procurement review meetings.
KRA 2: Purchase Order & Contract Management

Prepare, authorize, and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for materials, services, and equipment.

Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.

Ensure contracts comply with standard terms and conditions, scope, delivery schedules, and payment milestones.
