KRA 1: Project Procurement Planning & Coordination

  • Manage all project-related procurement activities in close coordination with Project Management and Engineering teams.

  • Prepare and maintain the Project Procurement Plan, aligned with project schedules and milestones.

  • Ensure timely processing of material and service requirements as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

  • Participate in project and procurement review meetings.

KRA 2: Purchase Order & Contract Management

  • Prepare, authorize, and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for materials, services, and equipment.

  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Ensure contracts comply with standard terms and conditions, scope, delivery schedules, and payment milestones.
