Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of Disney product offerings, merchandise operations at theme parks, and merchandise systems to support the purchase order management process
  • Create, update, and manage purchase orders accurately by studying carton sizes, case packs, and commodity codes
  • Review global specification sheets to identify cost differences for APAC before raising purchase orders with vendors
  • Maintain merchandise and procurement data as per the approved range plan shared by management
  • Participate in weekly trade meetings with APAC teams to analyze best and worst sellers and support future buying and planning decisions
  • Ensure compliance with WDW policies, guidelines, and procurement standards
  • Maintain routine and timely communication with leaders regarding work status and daily activities
