Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive office assistant to manage daily office operations, from purchasing to delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely product delivery to customers and maintaining smooth coordination between vendors, customers, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders.
Ensure that all orders are entered, released to the warehouse, and shipped out the same day.
Review and process purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices from vendors, warehouses, and transportation providers.
Resolve any order issues that prevent warehouse fulfillment, including address corrections.
Coordinate shipments with vendors, customers, and the warehouse to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Inventory management.
Review and verify vendor and customer documents for accuracy, resolving any discrepancies.
