Hiring: Purchase Incharge – Steel Products
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Steel (CRCA, HRPO, Colour Coated, PPGI, PPGL)
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Incharge strictly from the steel industry with strong knowledge of flat steel products and established market relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure CRCA, HRPO, Colour Coated, PPGI, PPGL at competitive prices
- Manage vendor relationships with mills, traders, and service centres
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines
- Track steel market trends and price movements
- Coordinate with sales, production, and stores for timely material availability
- Monitor inventory levels and vendor performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in steel purchasing (mandatory)
- Strong product knowledge and market connections
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
