Job Responsibilities
- Source, compare, and purchase construction materials according to site requirements.
- Coordinare with Site Engineer and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and maintain proper documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers for quotation, delivery, and quality issues.
- Monitor material costs and assist in price comparison for cost control.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Preferably with experience in construction purchasing or procurement.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently at project sites and under tight deadlines.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to site when required.
