Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To handle purchase requisition and orders requested by sales representatives
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Order to supplier in the promptly manner
  • Responsible in monitoring stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Keep tracking and updating on goods purchasing and receiving
  • To update orders, inventory and pricing in database
  • To review the quality of purchased product
  • Source for new vendor and negotiate for the purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services
  • Coordinate with Store Department, Sales Department, and Account Department on purchasing matters to ensure smooth operation
  • To act as backup for Assistant Head of Department and Head of Department’s task
  • To perform other tasks as required by superior
