Job Description
Responsibilities
- To handle purchase requisition and orders requested by sales representatives
- Prepare and issue Purchase Order to supplier in the promptly manner
- Responsible in monitoring stock levels and place orders as needed
- Keep tracking and updating on goods purchasing and receiving
- To update orders, inventory and pricing in database
- To review the quality of purchased product
- Source for new vendor and negotiate for the purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services
- Coordinate with Store Department, Sales Department, and Account Department on purchasing matters to ensure smooth operation
- To act as backup for Assistant Head of Department and Head of Department’s task
- To perform other tasks as required by superior
