Job Description

Our client, a respected organization in the marine/logistics industry, is seeking a contract Purchaser to manage day-to-day procurement operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on ERP experience and support key supply chain activities. You will step in to oversee the full procurement lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchase of goods and services while maintaining compliance with company standards and procedures. This role is located in Vancouver, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services in compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee the full purchase-to-pay cycle: reconcile receipts, manage orders, and ensure materials are accurately tracked within the current ERP system.
  • Monitor PO approval flows and collaborate with technical teams to fulfill maintenance and service requirements.
