- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in analyzing prices, supplier offers, and product quality
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Trustworthy and reliable in handling confidential information
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for supplies and equipment.
- Maintain and update supplier records, price lists, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and timely replenishment.
