Job Description
THIS IS A LONG-TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADERS.
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, P2P operations, AP support, or related operational roles
Hands-on or working knowledge of procurement systems such as Ariba, SAP, or equivalent tools
Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new digital tools and workflows
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage high-volume transactional work
Good written and verbal communication skills with fluent business English
Demonstrated growth mindset — curious, coachable, and motivated to learn
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities:
Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Ariba (or equivalent), ensuring accuracy, compliance, pricing, approvals, and documentation
