Purchasing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Tactical Sourcing & Procurement Operations

• Manage tactical sourcing activities, data management, special projects, and client service.
• Execute pricing, rate validation, and accessorial implementation using Oracle Transportation Management System, SAP, VIP, and Zycus.
• Provide solutions to operational or analytical procurement problems following established procedures.

Data Management & System Integration

• Enter new or updated contract agreements and vendor codes into SAP accurately and timely.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data disconnects between suppliers and systems impacting procurement processes.
• Utilize visualization tools like Power BI to streamline processes.

Team Collaboration & Process Support

• Coordinate across multiple teams to achieve procurement objectives.
• Serve as an informal resource on analytical, operational, or technical processes for less experienced team members.
• Ensure high-quality, timely, and effective outputs for own and team assignments.
