Job Description

The role of the Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator entails maintaining a smooth and timely purchasing and delivery process to meet targeted schedules. They are responsible for coordinating customs clearance and logistics processes. Additionally, this position is accountable for effective documentation and file management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Possess sourcing experience and demonstrate responsibility and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Procure products and equipment promptly to meet project and service requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery by following up with vendors on confirmed purchase orders, adhering to targeted schedules.
  • Take responsibility for timely delivery to fulfill specific project needs. Manage purchasing information in the ERP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
