Purchasing and Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Scope:

To be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Food & Non-Food Procurement Team, and assist Procurement Manager in the management and planning of all aspects of the Food & Non-Food Procurement operations of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• To actively source for the most appropriate products for various departments and business units within the company, and to negotiate for the best price and supply terms, whilst maintaining continuity of supply and internal and external relations.
• Source and procure os&e items, f&b items in accordance with material specifications, quality standard, timeline and for competative rates
• To drive for location-wide standardization of materials and equipment, and leverage on the cumulative quantity of common items across the Group as well as extending supply contract coverage to reduce total cost and administrative effort.
