Purchasing Assistant

Role: Chaser – Vendor Follow‑up

Industry: Industrial Equipment / Machinery/ Pharma Equipment

Department: Procurement & Supply Chain

Employment: Full‑time, Permanent

Education: SSC / HSC / ITI / Diploma (Mechanical Engg)

CTC: 3–4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

* Follow up with local vendors for timely delivery of materials

* Visit suppliers for follow-ups and coordination

* Track purchase orders, dispatch status, and delivery timelines

* Maintain purchase documents, records, and MIS

* Coordinate with QC for inspection and material acceptance/rejection

* Support inventory by monitoring material availability

* Ensure material readiness for production and NPD

* Communicate with stores, production, and planning to avoid shortages

* Resolve supplier delays, quality issues, and document gaps
