Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Purchasing Manager with daily procurement activities and sourcing equipment, parts, and supplies.
  • Process purchasing orders, and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery; communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate parties.
  • Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the receiving department to ensure proper goods are received and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the maintenance of accurate procurement records, including details of orders, invoices, and documentation for inventory audits.
