Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Purchasing Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and purchasing tasks. Duties of the Purchasing Assistant include purchasing and assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general purchasing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general purchasing duties such as but not limited to data entry, record-keeping, filing, and document management correspondence and maintaining database records.
  • In charge import shipment
  • To ensure that all paperwork, including purchase orders, and inventory records, are accurately maintained and organized.
  • Answering calls, replying email and dealing with suppliers.
  • Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
  • Ad-hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
