Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planning and Purchasing Administrator to support our manufacturing operations. This role is key in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and the efficient scheduling of production activities to meet customer demand, maintain stock levels, and reduce downtime. You will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and internal departments to maintain an accurate production plan and timely procurement of materials.


Key Responsibilities:


Production Planning:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of production schedules based on sales orders, forecasts, and stock levels.
  • Monitor production capacity and lead times to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with the production team to ensure materials, labour, and equipment are scheduled appropriately.
