Purchasing Assistant / Warehouse Assistant

We are looking to fill Purchasing Assistant and Warehouse Assistant roles to support procurement processes and warehouse operations within our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Purchasing Assistant

• Proceed purchase requisitions
• Issue Purchase Order (PO) once approval obtained
• Ensure PO accuracy
• Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation
• Process purchase orders (POs), manage delivery tracking, and coordinate with transporters and forwarding agents for timely arrivals
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics team to optimize stock management
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) and supplier invoices
• Ensure compliance with ISO and company policies
