Purchasing Associate (Supply Chain Associate)

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Customs Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year Working experience specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing purchase orders and coordinating with the suppliers in order to provide the needs of the store operations.
• Checks received sales invoice in the system and performs other clerical functions assigned by the Supply Chain Officer or Manager.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance; manages importation permits.
• Monitors incoming shipments, including proper coordination with concerned department.
