We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Contracts Administrator to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced onsite and land development environment. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Purchasing Agents to support all contracting needs.Facilitate trade applications and ensure timely vendor setup, maintaining clear communication to obtain contracts, insurance documents, and business licenses.Monitor contractor compliance with contracts, insurance, and statutory requirements.Utilize your expert JDE skills to work closely with the accounting department and manage all purchasing databases.Negotiate and resolve contract changes, price adjustments, and change orders.Communicate product and pricing updates to Construction, Customer Care, and other internal teams as needed.Prepare and submit change order requests for Land Development projects.Assist with budget revision requests for Land Development initiatives.Administrative,Purchase Contracts
What You Bring:
Proven experience in contract administration and vendor management.Strong expertise in JDE.Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and creative environment.Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
