Are you ready to take your purchasing and contract administration expertise to the next level? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Contracts Administrator to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced onsite and land development environment. This is an exciting opportunity to replace a current employee and make an immediate impact!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing Agents to support all contracting needs.
  • Facilitate trade applications and ensure timely vendor setup, maintaining clear communication to obtain contracts, insurance documents, and business licenses.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with contracts, insurance, and statutory requirements.
  • Utilize your expert JDE skills to work closely with the accounting department and manage all purchasing databases.
  • Negotiate and resolve contract changes, price adjustments, and change orders.
  • Communicate product and pricing updates to Construction, Customer Care, and other internal teams as needed.
  • Prepare and submit change order requests for Land Development projects.
  • Assist with budget revision requests for Land Development initiatives.
