Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Coordinator to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all purchasing activities are carried out efficiently, on time, and in line with company standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality supplies and smooth inventory flow while managing vendor relationships and procurement documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders in a timely manner.



Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate pricing, timely deliveries, and product availability.



Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.



Support the Purchasing Manager in vendor evaluation and selection.



Communicate with various departments to understand procurement needs and priorities.



Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, budgets, and quality standards.



Follow up on outstanding orders, delivery delays, or discrepancies in received items.



Assist with contract management and supplier performance tracking.



Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and stock levels.



Handle documentation for import/export and customs when applicable.
