Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, Purchasing Coordinator to take full ownership of the procurement and supply chain data functions within a fast paced manufacturing environment. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who excels at balancing the administrative precision of purchase order management with the analytical oversight required to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure minimal production disruptions.
In this position, you will be serving as the primary bridge between vendors and internal production teams. Beyond traditional purchasing, you will act as a key administrator for technical databases, ensuring that raw material costing, chemical formulas, and equipment maintenance schedules are accurate and up to date.
This role will be working fully onsite at the client’s location in Guelph, ON. Reliable transportation is required.
