This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Coordinator at our Mumbai location. The Purchasing Coordinator will manage daily procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, sourcing materials, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role involves coordinating with vendors, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting the company’s operational requirements. Strong attention to detail, negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team are essential.
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and general Purchasing operations
- Knowledge of Procurement practices and strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with standard procurement software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Prior experience in a procurement or purchasing role is advantageous
- Knowledge of the industrial equipment industry is a plus
