PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Executive to join our team at Botolhub Sdn Bhd in Sungai Petani, Kedah . This full-time role will be responsible for handling all purchasing activities for our growing retail business, ensuring a consistent supply of quality products to meet customer demand.

What you'll be doing

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, products, and services from both local and international suppliers.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and service.
• Maintain and update supplier information, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team to monitor stock levels and plan procurement accordingly.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up on outstanding orders.
