Purchasing Executive

Overview

Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs. Sourcing alternate suppliers and submit request for quotation. Prepare cost analyses for next level of negotiation with suppliers. Processing purchase requisition and issuing purchase order. Handle shipping, track orders and ensure timely delivery. Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition. Resolve dispute and claim with supplies on defective product. Ensure all purchasing and receiving data are duly updated with proper filling. Other tasks as assigned by management when necessary from time to time
