Purchasing Executive / Buyer
Key Responsibilities
Conferring with suppliers to obtain prices, specifications, and product details.Negotiating prices, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve optimal procurement outcomes.Sourcing and Evaluating potential suppliers for both direct and indirect materials/services for best package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services.Maintaining complete and updated purchasing records, supplier data, and pricing in SAP system.Coordinating with user departments and suppliers for project-related purchasing scope.Supporting relevant departments with quotations for tenders and proposals.Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.Issuing purchase orders in accordance with technical specifications and requirements.
