Job Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of the purchasing process (processing of purchasing orders, liaising, monitoring, following up, and expediting delivery with suppliers).
• Ensuring the purchasing activities and deliverables are undertaken in accordance with agreed schedules/milestones.
• Monitor and ensure all goods received meet specifications, and arrange replacement from vendors if there are any rejected goods.
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company.
• Manage material inventory and perform inventory stocking activities.
