Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • At least 2 years of work-related experience
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer Literate – Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Possess own transport

Responsibility

  1. Handle daily purchasing based on company’s sales plans and inventory requirements.
  2. Source, evaluate, and maintain suppliers; compare pricing, quality, and delivery lead times.
  3. Handle inquiries, quotations, purchase orders (PO), and order follow-ups.
  4. Attend company events when necessary.
