Responsibilities



  • Sourcing, negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components

  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to maintain optimal stock levels

  • Collaborating with production and logistics teams to understand and meet their purchasing requirements

  • Researching and evaluating new suppliers to expand the company's vendor network

  • Preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices and other procurement-related documentation

  • Analysing purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency

  • Providing regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory status to management
