Overview

We are seeking a talented Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team at Wasco AgroTech Sdn Bhd. As a Purchasing Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of essential materials and supplies to support WAT group operation. Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Order (P.O.) Management: Generate P.O.s based on approved Purchase Requisitions (P.R.s) and obtain necessary internal approvals. Scan and email all approved P.O.s to suppliers, ensuring acknowledgment of receipt.
• Sourcing & Cost Optimization: Source new items/materials upon request, negotiating competitive prices to achieve cost savings. Monitor Supplier Return Notes for accuracy and follow up on returned goods promptly. Issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests in accordance with ISO standards to address non-conformities.
