Responsibilities
- Procurement and stock control of raw material, consumable, spare parts, tools etc.
- Production planning and managing logistics and transportation.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Ensure full implementation and compliance with SOP.
- Maintain procurement files including all relevant documentation and vendor tracking system.
- Update reports such as transport report, production reports and monthly closing reports.
- To create and deliver value to improve Customer Retentions.
- To evaluate relevant risk associated with all vendors (especially Key vendors) and establish necessary mitigation measures to mitigate those risks to lowest possible.
