Responsibilities

  • Procurement and stock control of raw material, consumable, spare parts, tools etc.
  • Production planning and managing logistics and transportation.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Ensure full implementation and compliance with SOP.
  • Maintain procurement files including all relevant documentation and vendor tracking system.
  • Update reports such as transport report, production reports and monthly closing reports.
  • To create and deliver value to improve Customer Retentions.
  • To evaluate relevant risk associated with all vendors (especially Key vendors) and establish necessary mitigation measures to mitigate those risks to lowest possible.
