Job Description
Exis Tech Sdn Bhd – Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
Work with planner or requester on the items scheduling and delivery for project.
Maintain and update records of purchased products and delivery information.
Generate and send the drawing to the vendor.
Generate monthly reports.
Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
Prepare and maintain purchasing documents.
Ensure purchasing department procedures are adhered to.
Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.
Job Requirements
- STPM / Diploma or equivalent with 1 year working experience in related field.
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office application.
