Purchasing Executive

Job Scope

-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the most efficient outcome in terms of pricing and delivery

-Monitor and coordinate with suppliers for prompt delivery to support sales

-Responsible for inventory management

-Assist in full purchasing processes

-Assist in Sales Order processing and daily reports

-Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

-Diploma

-Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience

-Microsoft Office with advance knowledge in Excel

-Good knowledge of inventory management

-Resourceful, meticulous, organized, and independent

-Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

-Self-driven with positive attitude

-Equipped with good analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
