Able to interpret mechanical drawing, have fabrication sourcing experience is the plus. Reads tender documents and conduct sourcing according to the project agreed specifications and requirements. Preparation of bid analysis, purchase orders and tracking of the fabrication parts, materials and services procured. Co-ordinate between suppliers and internal departments/project teams to ensure specifications are met and in compliance with company/ client requirements. Responsible for the performance of vendors, procurement planning, product quality and timely delivery Analyze and recommend alternative procurement routes and vendors Provide data for relevant decision making at top management level Provide technical expertise in the development and improvement of products, process & materials specifications with suppliers.
