Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders (POs) and maintain proper records.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations to vessels and clients.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Source and purchase ship stores, provisions, spare parts, and bonded items.
• Liaise with vessels, vendors, forwarders, and agents to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform accurate data entry in ERP/system and maintain procurement documentation.
• Support day-to-day purchasing operations and carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience in ship chandling or marine industry.
