Job Responsibilities :
Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for raw materials
Initiate the contract partnership, manage purchase orders (POs)
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers
Conduct supplier performance evaluations (cost, quality, delivery)
Work closely with other local teams and production teams
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any major. Majored in supply chain, business, engineering, or science-related field is preferred.
5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience (ODM or EMS preferred), experience with ODM, OEM, or CDMO companies, and experience in beauty, food, or health supplement manufacturing is a plus.
Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills
Good communication skills in English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
