Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Purchasing Lead.
**What you’ll do**:
- Develops cost reduction and lean initiatives through pricing, make vs buy and re-localization
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute MRP Orders to Purchase Order placement and follow up with Suppliers until delivery in Receiving and manage the improvement of OTD Supplier performance.
- Responds to solve conflicts related to prices, payments, discrepancies, with moderate complexity. Solves and expedites overdue purchase orders and obtain authorizations to change suppliers.
- Requires keeping updated knowledge on applicable regulations for purchase and transportation of national and international materials.
- Document quoting according to Internal Control policy
- Work on Lean initiatives and cost reduction projects internal and external. Improve flow by localizing suppliers and sourcing activity.
- Follow up on MRB flow and resolution.
