Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily procurement activities in accordance with company policies and management instructions.
Develop and implement procurement plans based on production and business unit schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers; manage quotation, price comparison, negotiation, and cost verification processes.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to support cost optimization, localization initiatives, and continuous improvement.
Ensure procurement activities comply with ISO standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate closely with internal departments to support urgent production needs and resolve supply issues.
Oversee supplier quality, documentation, and batch performance; address quality issues promptly.
Manage supplier account verification and payment applications according to internal procedures.
