Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sources and purchases materials, supplies, and services needed by the company.
- Prepares and processes Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Coordinates with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Ensures items delivered are correct in quantity and quality based on the PO.
- Monitors delivery timelines and follows up pending orders.
- Maintains basic purchasing records and supplier documents.
- Coordinates with Accounting and Warehouse for proper receiving and payment.
Qualifications:
- At least College level or Graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related course.
- With basic knowledge in purchasing or procurement process.
- Can prepare and understand Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
