Purchasing manager

Job Scope
Formulate and implement relevant strategies such as production outsourcing and category procurement.
Develop and maintain supplier resources, conduct effective performance management, and establish strategic cooperative relationships.
Control procurement costs, formulate and promote the implementation of cost reduction plans, and conduct thorough cost analysis.
Follow up on purchase orders, ensure materials are delivered on time, with qualified quality and sufficient quantity, and handle abnormal issues such as delivery and quality
problems.
Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to advance procurement-
related work and control various risks in the procurement process.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, HVAC or related fields;
More than 5 years of working experience, with experience in managing large-scale mechanical and electrical projects;
