Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead domestic and international procurement operations. The ideal candidate must have strong China vendor management experience and industry exposure to Architectural Hardware & Building Materials.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement (domestic & international sourcing)
- Handle China vendors: negotiation, pricing, lead time & quality control
- Manage import processes including documentation & shipment coordination
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Ensure cost optimization and timely material availability
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse & finance teams
- Prepare MIS reports and purchase planning
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in China vendor management (Mandatory)
- Industry exposure: Architectural Hardware / Building Materials
- Strong negotiation & vendor development skills
- Knowledge of import documentation & ERP systems
- Excellent communication & analytical abilities
Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate (Commerce / Business preferred)
