Position Summary:

Complete all ordering, purchasing, receiving, storing and distribution of goods, setting the pace in the industry

Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders, both internal and external.

Liaise with department leaders with regards to stock ordering and property supplies

Ensure the team follow proper authorisations for all goods received into the property

Receive all goods in accordance with the Hotel's Local Standard Operating Procedure
