We're partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven manufacturer that's redefining performance, sustainability, and design in the global motorcycle industry. As their product portfolio scales and production ramps, they are hiring two Purchasing Managers. One focused on Mechanical Components and one on Electromechanical Components, to build and lead high-performing sourcing teams.

The Role

As Purchasing Manager, you'll lead a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers responsible for sourcing, supplier development, cost optimization, and supply assurance. You'll set strategy, coach your team, and remain hands-on with key suppliers and negotiations, ensuring the business delivers premium products at world-class cost, quality, and delivery standards.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead a high-performing purchasing team, setting priorities, developing capability, and driving accountability.
• Own category strategy and supplier roadmaps aligned to cost, quality, innovation, and sustainability goals.
• Drive NPI sourcing activities from concept through mass production with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs, and commercial negotiations, ensuring robust contracts and best-in-class pricing.
• Strengthen strategic supplier partnerships while maintaining competitive tension.
• Deliver continuous cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and inventory optimization.
• Monitor market trends, technology evolution, and supply risks.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of sourcing experience in Mechanical or Electromechanical components within manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring buyers / category teams.
• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management capability.
• Analytical, data-driven decision maker with strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent English
