Job Scope

• Formulate and implement relevant strategies such as production outsourcing and category procurement.
• Develop and maintain supplier resources, conduct effective performance management, and establish strategic cooperative relationships.
• Control procurement costs, formulate and promote the implementation of cost reduction plans, and conduct thorough cost analysis.
• Follow up on purchase orders, ensure materials are delivered on time, with qualified quality and sufficient quantity, and handle abnormal issues such as delivery and quality
• problems.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to advance procurement-
• related work and control various risks in the procurement process.
