Purchasing MRP Supervisor

Brief Description:
Supervise Purchase execution and MRP Replenishment a group of commodities and services which include items of high technical content and which may be sophisticated in nature. Responsible for purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors. Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise and Procure raw materials and hardware items as required through approved sources of supply assuring that the following criteria is meet:
1. Competitive pricing
2. On-time delivery (to required support)
3. All engineering and technical criteria is negotiated based on program requirements
4. Blanket and/or long term agreements developed
