Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Business Administrative, supply chain or any equivalent.
  • Preferable 2 year(s) of working experience in this field for this position. Fresh Graduate also welcome to apply.
  • Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate purchase order to supplier as per customer forecast or firm order with customer approved AVL and material lead time.
  • Follow up with supplier purchase order acknowledgement and delivery confirmation.
  • Responsible of working with team to perform efficiency and teamwork.
  • Update and ensure receipt transaction from supplier in system on time.
  • Manage suppliers to meet company objectives in the area of quality and inventory control.
  • Ensure with custom approval for any of the return shipment to supplier.
